Marionette lines
Soften downturned mouth lines with Marionette Lines filler—ideal if the corners of your mouth look pulled down or you want a smoother, more lifted lower-face appearance.
About The Treatment
Marionette lines are the lines that run from the corners of the mouth down toward the chin, and they can become more visible with age, volume loss, and skin laxity. Treatment typically uses dermal filler to soften the lines and support the mouth corners, and in some cases chin/jawline support may be recommended for a balanced, natural result.
Benefits
- Helps soften the appearance of marionette lines
- Supports the corners of the mouth for a more lifted, refreshed look
- Improves lower-face balance while maintaining natural expressions
- Can reduce the look of shadows and “sad/tired” appearance around the mouth
- Results are tailored to your facial anatomy to avoid an overfilled look

How it works
Consultation: We assess your marionette lines, facial structure, and discuss the look you want to achieve.
Treatment: Dermal filler is placed carefully to soften the lines and support the lower-face structure with a conservative technique.
Aftercare: You receive clear aftercare instructions and what-to-expect guidance while the area settles.
Who it’s for
Marionette lines treatment can be a great option if you feel the mouth area looks downturned, older, or more tired than you’d like. If your concern is mainly skin laxity, strong muscle pull, or significant jowling, a combined plan (e.g., additional support areas) may be recommended after assessment.
What to expect
Mild swelling, redness, tenderness, or bruising can happen at injection sites and usually settles within a few days. Results are often noticeable immediately, but the final outcome becomes clearer once swelling settles. Some clients may benefit from a review appointment to check symmetry and refinement.
Aftercare

Avoid heavy exercise, heat/sauna, and alcohol for 24 hours
Avoid makeup on the area for 24 hours (or as advised)
Sleep on your back if possible for the first 1–2 nights
Follow the aftercare advice provided and contact us if you have concerns
